Central Jakarta Administration is about to add two temporary shelters (loksem) this year. Yet, at the same time, four units of loksem will be eliminated.

Bangun Richard Hutagalung, Head of Central Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept., there are 48 units of loksem in Central Jakarta. Through evaluation, there would be leaving 46 units only.

While the loksem that will be eliminated are two units in Tanah Abang Sub-district, namely JP 11 on Jalan Lapangan Tembak, known as a variety of archipelago menu and JP 12 on Jalan Gerbang Pemuda, known as a variety of ornamental plant.
As for two other units are in Gambir Sub-district, namely JP 18 on Jalan Cibunar and JP 49 on Jalan Pembangunan III.
"This is the interim result of the evaluation carried out for two years. In future, there can be added and eliminated, but it is in accordance with the applicable stages," he said.
